Herbal Pizza Bread

- 1 role Pizza dough from the cooling shelf
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Mixed herbs fresh (rosemary, thyme, sage, orgeano)
- 150 g Grated mozzarella
- 30 g Parmesan
- Unroll the pizza dough and brush with cream cheese. Chop the herbs and spread on the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella and roll up tightly from the long side. Cut into approx. 14 pieces. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
- Place the snails with the cut surface facing up in a greased round baking dish (approx. 26 cm Ø). Grate the Parmesan and sprinkle over the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven, remove from the mold and serve.
