Swiss Chard and Rye Gourmet Pot

- 1 shrub Swiss chard
- 2 Pods Paprika
- 5 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Toes Chopped garlic
- 75 g Rye grains
- 25 g Peeled sesame seeds
- 2 El Tomato paste
- 1 Tl Homemade vegetable stock powder.
- 150 ml Water
- 150 ml Soy cream
- 2 El Yeast flakes
- 0,5 Tl Herbs d. Provence
- 0,5 Tl Savory
- 0,5 Tl Chilli flakes
- 1 Lemon juice
- 3 El Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Toast the rye + sesame seeds in a pan (without fat) until it pops. Let cool and coarsely grind. Who does not have a mill takes the whole grain. The grains to z. Set the end aside.
