Side Dish: Swiss Chard Vegetables, Spicy

The perfect side dish: swiss chard vegetables, spicy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Swiss chard
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 5 Olives, green
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 70 ml Broth
  • Chicken lard
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Cayenne pepper
  1. First, sauté the chopped garlic and ginger in the lard. Chop the olives and spring onions and add them.
  2. First add the coarsely chopped chard stalks. 5 minutes later the roughly cut leaves.
  3. Pour in the stock and let it simmer slowly until the stems have a pleasant bite.
  4. Finally, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to taste.
  5. There was breaded baby schnitzel with it. (see my KB) A side dish was omitted. They’re just annoying carbohydrates anyway.
