Ingredients
- 200 g Swiss chard
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 cm Ginger
- 5 Olives, green
- 1 Spring onion
- 70 ml Broth
- Chicken lard
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- First, sauté the chopped garlic and ginger in the lard. Chop the olives and spring onions and add them.
- First add the coarsely chopped chard stalks. 5 minutes later the roughly cut leaves.
- Pour in the stock and let it simmer slowly until the stems have a pleasant bite.
- Finally, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to taste.
- There was breaded baby schnitzel with it. (see my KB) A side dish was omitted. They're just annoying carbohydrates anyway.
