Spicy Biscuit Roulade

- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 70 g Flour
- 250 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 packet Philadelphia
- 100 g Ham
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 3 Pc. Hard boiled eggs
- Chives
- Salt pepper
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Mix the flour, yolk, cream and salt and carefully fold in the egg whites. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 200 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn down on a wet kitchen towel, peel off the paper, roll up and refrigerate.
- For the filling: Mix the remaining sour cream with Philadelphia, spread a portion on the sponge cake, spread the finely sliced ham and grated cheese and sliced hard-boiled eggs on top and roll up. Brush with the rest of the mixture and sprinkle with cheese and fresh chives.
