Mediterranean Salad with Young Sprouts
The perfect mediterranean salad with young sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for dressing
- Paprika flakes (from our own production)
- Fresh berry fruit mix (forest raspberries)
- Red onion,
- Fine ham,
- 1,5 Esslöffel Rosensirup (aus eigener Herstellung)
- 1/4 Kopf Frisèsalat
- Mongoose sprouts
- Red cabbage sprouts
- Orange and olive oil,
- Basil,
- Chopstick pepper,
- Lavender sugar,
- Lime juice and zest,
- Balsamic cream rose (strawberry),
- 10 cl. Cognac,
- 10 cl. Sahne,
- Sea-Salt,
- Chilli powder
to bring the salad to the main course
- Black tomatoes
- Yellow tomatoes
- Wild tomatoes
- And some mozzarella
salad
- Briefly sauté the red onion with orange olive oil in a pan and let it cool down again. Drizzle with rose syrup. Now add the seedlings. Briefly heat the ham in the pan. Sprinkle with the mentioned spices.
- Make a dressing from cognac (Carlos 1) and rose balsamic cream, lime juice and lavender sugar and the remaining ingredients and add to the salad before serving.
Recipe extension for mushroom lovers
- Very good and especially the salad is pimmed if a few slices of portobello are added. These are fried briefly and very hot in a pan with lard. Side dish to the salad> e.g. baguette
