Chicken Shredded Winegrower Art

- 400 g Chicken breast
- 1 Onion
- 150 g Bunch of red seedless grapes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 ml Poultry broth
- 200 g Milk
- 200 g White wine
- 200 g Mustard
- Parsley
- Almonds
- Wash the meat well, pat dry and cut into strips.
- Peel the onion, cut into cubes, wash the grapes and cut in half,
- Heat some oil in a pan, fry the meat until golden, add diced onions and fry with them.
- Now add the winter grapes and season everything with salt and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken stock and milk, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes over a low flame
- Season to taste with the white wine and mustard and if you want, you can thicken it a little.
- Now put on a plate, sprinkle with parsley and sliced almonds and serve with ribbon noodles
