Wild Garlic Cheese Cream

  • 125 g Corsican sheep cheese
  • 125 g Ricotta double cream setting
  • 20 g Wild garlic leaves
  • 0,5 teaspoon Bio lemon zest
  • 0,5 Spring onions fresh, cut
  • Green pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  1. Wash the wild garlic, spin dry and cut into fine strips. Cut the spring onion into rings.
