Wild Garlic Cheese Cream

- 125 g Corsican sheep cheese
- 125 g Ricotta double cream setting
- 20 g Wild garlic leaves
- 0,5 teaspoon Bio lemon zest
- 0,5 Spring onions fresh, cut
- Green pepper from the mill
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
