Pasta with Sheep’s Cheese and Wild Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Spaghetti Tricolore
  • 1 handful Wild garlic fresh
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 packet Sheep milk cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 300 ml Cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 g Date tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Boil the spaghetti.
  • Dice the onion and cut the ham into fine strips. Halve the tomatoes. Dice the feta. Wash the wild garlic, pat dry and cut into fine strips.
  • Fry the onion cubes in a little olive oil. Then add the ham and fry with it. Now add the diced sheep's cheese, let it melt briefly and deglaze with the cream. Press in the garlic. Mix the sheep cheese well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, simmer for 3 minutes. Now just add the wild garlic leaves, stir briefly, done!
