Meatballs with Cheese Salad

The perfect meatballs with cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 70 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 10 g Spring onions fresh
  • 40 g Yogurt
  • 35 g Cucumber
  • 125 g Butter cheese
  • 65 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 235 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Mix the creme fraiche with the yoghurt.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the cucumber, cheese, spring onion and iceberg lettuce into small pieces, add and stir.
  4. Knead the mince with the egg.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and chilli powder.
  6. Shape small meatballs and fry them in a pan with the oil.
  7. Serve salad with meatballs.
