Meatballs with Cheese Salad
The perfect meatballs with cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 70 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 10 g Spring onions fresh
- 40 g Yogurt
- 35 g Cucumber
- 125 g Butter cheese
- 65 g Iceberg lettuce
- 235 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Egg
- Chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Mix the creme fraiche with the yoghurt.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the cucumber, cheese, spring onion and iceberg lettuce into small pieces, add and stir.
- Knead the mince with the egg.
- Season with salt, pepper and chilli powder.
- Shape small meatballs and fry them in a pan with the oil.
- Serve salad with meatballs.
