  • 300 ml Sahne 30% Fett
  • 200 Gramm Brombeeren frisch
  • Food coloring green

Ingredients that have to be processed in advance

  1. First you have to do the following work steps: 1 time CHOCOLATE for DEKO in my KB 2. 1 time biscuit base in my KB 3. 250 ml. Vanilla VLA in my KB 4. 100 ml. Blackberry pudding in my KB Who the first cannot complete four work steps due to time constraints, of course, has the option of using finished products.

preparation

So it goes on:

  1. Divide the finished biscuit base first = into 3 equal parts. I coat the first base (lower part) with the vanilla VLA, which is lukewarm (1/2 the amount), with a good orange jam (at least 2 cm. High).
  2. Now I put the 2nd floor on. I first coat it with a very fruity blackberry jam.
  3. Mix the remaining amount of vanilla VLA with a portion of whipped cream. The amount of cream can be chosen freely – I took half of the 300 ml. This mixture is now on the 2nd floor.
  4. I spread the lukewarm brompeer pudding on the third floor. Now the washed, drained and unsweetened blackberries are distributed evenly on top.
  5. Now use the remaining whipped cream to make a light green cream (food coloring). I use it to cover the whole cake. In the middle I build a little tower with grated chocolate and cover it with the cream.
  6. Finally, spread a few marzipan decorations and grated or peeled chocolate on top.
  7. Have a cup of coffee or tea and just let your mind wander.
