for dough
- 4 piece Eggs (size L)
- 120 g Sugar
- 75 g Flour
- 75 g Food starch
- 1 pinch Salt
Preparation step 1:
- Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Sifted in flour and starch. Add a pinch of salt to round it off.
- Beat the egg whites until frothy and fold into the mixture.
Preparation step 2:
- Line a cauldron with baking paper, put in the dough and then bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees with top / bottom heat. To be on the safe side, test with a fork before taking it out whether it is ready. That’s it. Now have fun with further processing.
