Garlic Oil

The perfect garlic oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 piece China garlic bulbs
  • 1 branch Rosemary fresh
  • 150 ml Olive oil
  1. Cut the garlic bulbs into slices. Put together with a dwarf rosemary in a screw-top jar (about 200 ml content) and fill up with 150 ml olive oil.
  2. Close the jar tightly and turn it around its own axis 2 to 3 times so that everything is mixed.
  3. Let it steep for 3 days in a dark place, e.g. in the pantry.
  4. Remove the garlic and rosemary from the oil. Use the oil for frying or seasoning.
