Prawns: Langoustines in Garlic Oil and Tomatoes

  • 1 kg Langoustines
  • 10 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Stalk Flat leaf parsley
  • A little lime sAlt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  1. “Take off” Langustinos and remove the intestines
  2. Chop the garlic, chop the parsley, remove the stem from the tomatoes and quarter
