- 1 kg Langoustines
- 10 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Stalk Flat leaf parsley
- A little lime sAlt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- “Take off” Langustinos and remove the intestines
- Chop the garlic, chop the parsley, remove the stem from the tomatoes and quarter
- Put the langoustines in an ovenproof dish, add the tomatoes, garlic, lime salt and fill up with the oil. The langoustines should be covered.
- Place in the oven at approx. 200 degrees and wait until the langoustines turn reddish in color. This takes about 10 minutes.
- Then serve with fresh white bread and eat immediately. That cools down quickly.
