Huller in Breadcrumb Coat

The perfect huller in breadcrumb coat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Seasoned minced pork
  • 1 disc White bread
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard (with honey)
  • 0,25 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 branch Freshly chopped thyme
  • 1 piece Beaten egg
  • 50 g Cave cheese finely diced
  • 2 shot Coffee cream 30% fat
  • 1 shot Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Bread flour
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Let the white bread soak well in a bowl with the thyme, cream and Worcester sauce.
  2. Cut the cave cheese into small cubes, finely chop the onion and half of the garlic clove and place in the bowl along with the minced meat.
  3. Now knead everything well until the mass no longer sticks to the fingers and make 3 hullers 😉
  4. Now bread the Huller like a Wiener Schnitzel (first flour, then egg, and finally in breadcrumbs) and fry until golden on all sides in the oil. The Huller should not be fried too hot in this variant with the cheese, so that the cheese does not run out of the breading!
  5. The Huller go great with spinach, kale, etc. pp, but the pieces are also delicious when cut cold on bread or rolls!
