My BBQ Butter …

The perfect my bbq butter … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 Pc. Hot peppers
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Ground garlic
  1. Wash the parsley, remove the stems. Paperoni, wash and cut in half, remove some of the kernels and then cut into small cubes. Chop both the parsley and the pepperoni with a chopping knife.
  2. Put the butter (soft) in a bowl, add salt, pepper, ground garlic as well as the chopped herbs. Mix everything together well, put in a sealable glass dish and chill.
  3. It’s a very simple RZ but my favorite butter recipe. The following season is sure to come, but I don’t only use this butter for BBQ.
