Oven-roasted Brussels Sprouts

The perfect oven-roasted brussels sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut off the stalk and cut crosswise.
  2. Mix the olive oil with the honey and a generous pinch of salt and pour it over the Brussels sprouts and distribute well with your hands. Now line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the Brussels sprouts on top. Now put the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 20 minutes and after 20 minutes reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
  3. Then take out of the oven, season with nutmeg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
