Lamb Chops

The perfect Lamb Chops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Lamb chops

For the marinade:

  • 1 Onion in strips
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • Salt
  1. Rinse the chops with cold water and pat dry well with kitchen paper. Mix the oil and lemon juice and layer alternately with the lamb chops and onion strips in a sealable container, sprinkling a little pepper and crushed rosemary in between. Let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. The next day, preheat the oven to 140 degrees using a suitable dish and fry the chops until golden brown in a pan, then transfer them to the stove and let them cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Only now sprinkle with a little salt (or with a steak seasoning) and serve with side dishes of your choice.
