Minute Lamb Chops …
The perfect minute lamb chops … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lamb chops fresh
For the marinade:
- 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon White wine dry
- 1 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
- 1 teaspoon Bbq seasoning
- 2 Knife point Chilli flakes
- 1 very small Onion in strips
Aside from that:
- 1 very small Drops of soy sauce
- 1 very small Pepper from the grinder
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Rinse the meat under cold water and dry it again. Put a freezer bag in a sealable container and alternately layer the chops with the marinade, seal the container and marinate everything for at least 24 hours.
- The longer the marinating time, the more tender and flavorful the meat will be! Turn the freezer bag several times during the marinating time.
- Just before preparation, dab the chops lightly with kitchen paper. Heat a pan with a few drops of oil and brown the chops very quickly on both sides. Drizzle with a little soy sauce and serve sprinkled with freshly ground pepper.
