Ingredients

  • 4 Lamb chops

For the marinade:

  • 1 Onion in strips
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Rinse the chops with cold water and pat dry well with kitchen paper. Mix the oil and lemon juice and layer alternately with the lamb chops and onion strips in a sealable container, sprinkling a little pepper and crushed rosemary in between. Let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next day, preheat the oven to 140 degrees using a suitable dish and fry the chops until golden brown in a pan, then transfer them to the stove and let them cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Only now sprinkle with a little salt (or with a steak seasoning) and serve with side dishes of your choice.
