Walnut Ice Cream in Chocolate Waffle

The perfect walnut ice cream in chocolate waffle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Butter
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 150 g Chocolate
  • 200 g Milkmaid
  • 400 g Cream
  • 1 Pc. Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 1 Pc. Grated tonka beans
  1. Bring the milkmaid, cream, vanilla and tonka bean to the boil and simmer for four hours. Then chill the mass.
  2. Mix the butter, powdered sugar, flour and milk well in the food processor. Chill the whole thing for 1 hour and then bake in portions in the ice cream waffle machine.
  3. Roll the waffles into ice cream cones and let them cool.
  4. Put the previously prepared ice cream mixture in the ice cream maker.
  5. Coat the inside of the cooled ice cream cones with chocolate and chill.
  6. Put the finished ice cream in the ice cream cones and garnish with fruit.
