Ingredients

  • 100 g Chocolate drops
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 50 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 packet Chocolate ice cream
  • 300 g Fruit mix

Instructions

  • Put the chocolate chips and butter in a metal bowl that fits on a saucepan. Add enough water to the saucepan so that the bowl with the chocolate chips and butter are in the water. Let everything melt at a low temperature.
  • Now mix the sugar with the flour. Now mix the liquid butter and chocolate mixture with the flour and sugar and stir in the eggs. Then grease small molds with butter and line them well with sugar.
  • It is very important that there is sugar everywhere, otherwise you will not be able to remove the chocolate tart from the molds easily later. Now distribute the batter mixture evenly in the molds. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and bake the tarts for 12-15 minutes. Place a scoop of ice cream with a tart on a plate and serve decoratively with the fruit.
