Dessert Chocolate Walnut Cream with Black Cherry Jam

The perfect dessert chocolate walnut cream with black cherry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
  • 200 g Chocolate white
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • Decoration e.g. chocolate flakes chocolate chips
  • 50 g Black cherry jam
  1. Whip the whipped cream without sugar, as the chocolate has enough sweetness.
  2. Melt both types of chocolate over steam in a saucepan, then stir for another 3 minutes and allow to cool. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Then add the chocolate to the whipped cream and carefully fold in.
  4. Then let it set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  5. When serving, make bonnets and decorate with the walnuts, chocolate chips and the jam.
