Dessert Chocolate Walnut Cream with Black Cherry Jam

Ingredients
 

  • 400 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
  • 200 g Chocolate white
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • Decoration e.g. chocolate flakes chocolate chips
  • 50 g Black cherry jam

Instructions
 

  • Whip the whipped cream without sugar, as the chocolate has enough sweetness.
  • Melt both types of chocolate over steam in a saucepan, then stir for another 3 minutes and allow to cool. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Then add the chocolate to the whipped cream and carefully fold in.
  • Then let it set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  • When serving, make bonnets and decorate with the walnuts, chocolate chips and the jam.
