Ingredients
- 400 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
- 200 g Chocolate white
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 50 g Walnuts
- Decoration e.g. chocolate flakes chocolate chips
- 50 g Black cherry jam
Instructions
- Whip the whipped cream without sugar, as the chocolate has enough sweetness.
- Melt both types of chocolate over steam in a saucepan, then stir for another 3 minutes and allow to cool. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Then add the chocolate to the whipped cream and carefully fold in.
- Then let it set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- When serving, make bonnets and decorate with the walnuts, chocolate chips and the jam.
