- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Prepare muffin molds, grease if necessary.
- Prepare the filling by cutting the onions, peppers, ham or sausage into cubes. Then steam everything in a lightly greased pan, all together or separately. Now distribute everything in the molds.
- I also cut a piece of green cucumber into cubes and filled part of the muffin with cucumber cubes instead of paprika.
- Cut the chives into rolls. Now the muffins are filled with a little grated cheese and chives rolls.
- For the egg mixture, whisk together the eggs, milk, baking powder, oil, salt and pepper and fill the muffin 3/4 full.
- Bake the muffin in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. When done, take them out of the oven and let them rest for another 5 minutes.
