Eton Mess
The perfect eton mess recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Strawberries
- 125 g Raspberries
- 125 g Blueberries
- 150 g Meringue
- 750 g Clotted cream
- Vanilla sugar
- Cut the strawberries into eighths and place them in a bowl with the other berries. Then mash or crumble the meringue and add to the berries.
- Mix the clotted cream (alternatively also mascarpone) with the berries and the meringue. The cream shouldn’t come straight out of the refrigerator, otherwise it will be too hard. Finally refine the whole thing with vanilla sugar.
