Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Floury potatoes
  • 1 packet Diced bacon
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 3 tbsp Dried parsley leaf
  • 4 tbsp Granulated broth
  • 1 packet Breaded deep-frozen fish fingers

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Peel and quarter the potatoes.
  • Peel the carrots and cut into slices.
  • Fry the bacon.

Preparation:

  • Cook the potatoes and carrots in a saucepan until they almost crumble. Add the broth to the water.
  • Put on a pan and fry the fish fingers on the side.
  • Drain the potatoes and collect the broth.
  • Mash everything with a potato masher.
  • Mash the bacon and parsley and make a smooth mash with the broth.
  • Ready to taste
