Ingredients
- 500 g Floury potatoes
- 1 packet Diced bacon
- 400 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 3 tbsp Dried parsley leaf
- 4 tbsp Granulated broth
- 1 packet Breaded deep-frozen fish fingers
Instructions
Preparation:
- Peel and quarter the potatoes.
- Peel the carrots and cut into slices.
- Fry the bacon.
Preparation:
- Cook the potatoes and carrots in a saucepan until they almost crumble. Add the broth to the water.
- Put on a pan and fry the fish fingers on the side.
- Drain the potatoes and collect the broth.
- Mash everything with a potato masher.
- Mash the bacon and parsley and make a smooth mash with the broth.
- Ready to taste
