Potato – Carrot Mess with Fish Fingers

The perfect potato – carrot mess with fish fingers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Floury potatoes
  • 1 packet Diced bacon
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 3 tbsp Dried parsley leaf
  • 4 tbsp Granulated broth
  • 1 packet Breaded deep-frozen fish fingers

Preparation:

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes.
  1. Peel the carrots and cut into slices.
  1. Fry the bacon.

Preparation:

  1. Cook the potatoes and carrots in a saucepan until they almost crumble. Add the broth to the water.
  1. Put on a pan and fry the fish fingers on the side.
  1. Drain the potatoes and collect the broth.
  1. Mash everything with a potato masher.
