Baked Brussels Sprouts

The perfect baked brussels sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the sauce:

  • 400 g Potato
  • 50 g Finely grated mountain cheese
  • 125 g Kat ham finely diced
  • 50 g Herbal processed cheese
  • 500 ml Vegetable water
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch Colorful pepper
  • 1 shot Cream
  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and remove the outer leaves and steam for approx. 12-15 minutes in a perforated cooking container. In the meantime, peel and halve the potatoes. Place the Brussels sprouts and potatoes in a baking dish.

for the sauce:

  1. Briefly fry the ham and deglaze with vegetable water. Dissolve the processed cheese in it while stirring. Season with vegetable stock and a little pepper. Finally refine with a little cream or Creme Fine.
  2. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Baked at approx. 150 ° top and bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes until golden yellow.
