Baked Brussels Sprouts
The perfect baked brussels sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the sauce:
- 400 g Potato
- 50 g Finely grated mountain cheese
- 125 g Kat ham finely diced
- 50 g Herbal processed cheese
- 500 ml Vegetable water
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth
- 1 pinch Colorful pepper
- 1 shot Cream
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and remove the outer leaves and steam for approx. 12-15 minutes in a perforated cooking container. In the meantime, peel and halve the potatoes. Place the Brussels sprouts and potatoes in a baking dish.
for the sauce:
- Briefly fry the ham and deglaze with vegetable water. Dissolve the processed cheese in it while stirring. Season with vegetable stock and a little pepper. Finally refine with a little cream or Creme Fine.
