Funghi McNuggets

The perfect funghi mcnuggets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 1 small cup Spelled flour
  • 0,5 small cup Durum wheat semolina
  • Water
  • Salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  1. Mix the flour, salt, pepper and paprika powder with a little water to form a sticky paste.
  2. Mix the semolina and breadcrumbs.
  3. Turn the oyster mushrooms in the flour-water mixture and let them drain a little. Then add to the breadcrumbs mixture and press a little all around.
  4. Slowly fry the breaded mushrooms in enough oil in a pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.
