Colorful Cheese Salad with Figs and Walnuts

  • 250 g Cheese (any)
  • 3 Discs Bacon
  • 0,5 Paprika
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 2 Handful Pick salad
  • 2 Figs fresh
  • 3 tablespoon Walnuts
  • 3 tablespoon Onion rings red
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • ..

dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Walnut oil
  • 2 teaspoon Fig mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Crema Fig-Date
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Dice the cheese. (I had chili cheese). Cut the bacon into strips, cut the spring onions into rings, dice the peppers and slice the tomatoes. Wash the figs, remove the stem, halve, quarter and cut into slices. Roughly chop the walnuts. Put these ingredients on a plate and mix. And put some pepper over it.

dressing

  1. Chop the parsley and garlic. Whisk with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

  1. Pour the dressing over the salad. There were also grain rolls.
