Ingredients
 

  • 1 small Lettuce from the garden
  • 1 bunch Radical
  • 250 g Date tomatoes
  • 3 mini Cucumber
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 6 medium Free range eggs
  • 100 g Cheese cubes
  • Salt, colored pepper, chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 4 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lion mustard
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0,5 tsp Garden herbs

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Boil the eggs hard in plenty of water for 10 minutes ... quench and let them cool ... then use the egg cutter to sixth all eggs ...
  • Clean and wash the lettuce thoroughly and shake dry .... Cut the radish from the green, wash and cut into narrow wedges ... Wash the date tomatoes and quarter them lengthways ... Wash small mini cucumbers and cut into strips ... Clean the spring onions .. .wash and cut into rings ...
  • Prepare the dressing: Mix walnut oil, herb oil, lemon juice, lion mustard until smooth ... season with salt and pepper ...

Arrange salad:

  • First distribute the lettuce on 2 plates ... then sprinkle with half of the spring onion rings, then spread radish wedges, cucumber strips, tomato wedges on top ... place 3 eggs on each like flowers ... sprinkle with chilli and garden herbs ... Sprinkle the rest of the spring onions over it and spread the cheese cubes on top ... Finally sprinkle with the dressing ... done ... Enjoy your meal ...
