Fennel Orange Salad

The perfect fennel orange salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Anchovies (anchovies)
  • 3 Fennel
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  1. Today I want to introduce you to my favorite camping salad. Really nice, refreshing and delicious. In the following you will find written instructions.
  2. First, the fennel herb must be removed, which will later be needed for decoration. Then you cut it into rings and place them on a large plate. In the next step, two oranges are filleted. To do this, cut off the upper and lower part of the orange, before going on to cut the orange all around. Furthermore, cut out the individual segments of the orange and place them on the plate. Squeeze the rest of the orange into a container and keep the juice.
  3. Now it comes to the marinade. Add a little olive oil, pepper and salt to the squeezed orange juice. Mix vigorously and pour over the salad. Now cut the anchovies and spring onions into small pieces, chop up the fennel and decorate the salad with them.
