Orange and Pear Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 2 large Oranges / oranges
  • 2 Pears
  • 2 cl Orange liqueur
  • 50 ml Maple syrup
  • Cinammon
  • 1 Star anise

Instructions
 

  • Peel oranges with a sharp knife.
  • Slice oranges and then cut them into small pieces.
  • Peel and cut the pears and remove the core.
  • Cut the pear into small cubes and add to the chopped oranges.
  • Pour the maple syrup and orange liqueur over it, sprinkle some cinnamon on top and add the star anise points.
  • Mix everything well and let it steep for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
