Ingredients
- 2 large Oranges / oranges
- 2 Pears
- 2 cl Orange liqueur
- 50 ml Maple syrup
- Cinammon
- 1 Star anise
Instructions
- Peel oranges with a sharp knife.
- Slice oranges and then cut them into small pieces.
- Peel and cut the pears and remove the core.
- Cut the pear into small cubes and add to the chopped oranges.
- Pour the maple syrup and orange liqueur over it, sprinkle some cinnamon on top and add the star anise points.
- Mix everything well and let it steep for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
