Porcini Mushrooms – Today in Creamy Sauce

- 400 g Porcini mushrooms fresh
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tablespoon Ham cubes
- 1 kl. Diced onion
- 200 ml Cream
- Pepper and salt
- Gravy
- 1 kl. bunch Chopped parsley
- Clean the mushrooms with a brush or a damp cotton cloth, then cut into bite-sized pieces or slices.
- Melt the butter in a sufficiently large pan, sauté the diced ham and onion in it, then add the mushrooms and fry, turning several times, until they have turned an appetizing golden brown color.
- Pour in the cream, season with pepper, salt and, if desired, with a piece of gravy … continue to simmer until the sauce becomes creamy. Stir in the freshly chopped parsley and serve the mushroom dish. There was also grilled chicken drumsticks with potatoes today.
