Porcini Mushrooms – Today in Creamy Sauce

  • 400 g Porcini mushrooms fresh
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Ham cubes
  • 1 kl. Diced onion
  • 200 ml Cream

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or a damp cotton cloth, then cut into bite-sized pieces or slices.
  2. Melt the butter in a sufficiently large pan, sauté the diced ham and onion in it, then add the mushrooms and fry, turning several times, until they have turned an appetizing golden brown color.
  3. Pour in the cream, season with pepper, salt and, if desired, with a piece of gravy … continue to simmer until the sauce becomes creamy. Stir in the freshly chopped parsley and serve the mushroom dish. There was also grilled chicken drumsticks with potatoes today.
