Ingredients
 

  • 110 g Butter (for wwler semi-fat margarine)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 110 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Spelt flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 125 ml Milk 1.5% fat
  • 2 kg Apples

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy.
  • Gradually add the flour, baking powder and milk.
  • Place the dough on a baking pan lined with baking paper or in a springform pan and smooth it out.
  • Peel the apples and cut into wedges, cover the entire base with them.
  • At 180 ° C top / bottom heat approx. 30-35min. to bake.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
