Apple Pie Juicy and Tasty

- 110 g Butter (for wwler semi-fat margarine)
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 110 g Wheat flour
- 100 g Spelled flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 125 ml Milk 1.5% fat
- 2 kg Apples
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy.
- Gradually add the flour, baking powder and milk.
- Place the dough on a baking pan lined with baking paper or in a springform pan and smooth it out.
- Peel the apples and cut into wedges, cover the entire base with them.
- At 180 ° C top / bottom heat approx. 30-35min. to bake.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
