Sesame Serrano Burger
The perfect sesame serrano burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Ground beef
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Finely chopped chilli pepper
- 75 g Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- Salt
- 2 Beefsteak tomatoes fresh
- 8 Sesamburger
- 8 Discs Serrano ham
- 8 Discs Processed cheese
- Mix the minced meat with the parsley, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Form 8 thin cakes with wet hands. Heat the rapeseed oil in a grill pan and fry the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side. Take out, then fry the Serrano ham until crispy.
- For the aioli: Mix the garlic and chilli pepper with the mayonnaise and season with paprika powder and salt.
- Wash the beefsteak tomatoes and cut them into slices. Cut open the sesame rolls, brush both halves with aioli. Place 1/2 slice of Serrano ham and cheese on top, place the burger on top and cover each with 1/2 more slice of Serrano ham. Under the hot grill for about Grill for 3 minutes until the cheese runs, top with tomato slices, season with salt and pepper and press down the second half of the bread roll firmly.
