Pumpkin-orange-apple Jam

- 1 medium-sized Pumpkin Hokkaido
- 500 Apples
- 1 Lemon juice
- 500 Oranges
- 2 :1 Gelierzucker mit Stevia Dr. Oetker preserving sugar
- Peel, core, and wash the pumpkin, oranges and apples. Put everything in a large saucepan and drizzle the juice of a whole lemon over it. If you want, you can season with a little cinnamon. Add the preserving sugar and cook for about 10 minutes. Puree everything with the hand blender. Make a gel test. Pour everything into the previously hot washed jam jars and put on your head for five minutes.
