Cake icing

  • 10 dag Cane sugar
  • 15 dag Spelled flour
  • 15 dag Ground poppy seeds
  • 180 ml Milk
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 0,5 Pc. Squeezed lemons
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 15 dag Icing sugar
  • 0,5 Pc. Squeezed lemons
  1. Mix all ingredients into a batter and pour into a greased loaf pan. At 160 degrees hot air 60min. to bake. Let it cool too quickly, fall out of the mold, cut it in the middle and fill it with jam. For the glaze who wants to mix icing sugar with lemon juice until a thick mass is formed.
