Spinach Dumplings with Paprika Sauce

- 5 Bun old
- 150 ml Milk
- 0,5 Chopped onion
- 150 g Young spinach leaves
- 3 Eggs
- Salt pepper

- 1 Glass Roasted peppers
- 1 Chopped onion
- 200 ml Rama cream 7%
- 4 tbsp Ajvar
- Salt pepper
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- Cut the old rolls into small cubes. Pour in the milk and let stand a little. In the meantime, wash and chop the spinach. Now add the chopped onion, spinach, eggs and salt and pepper to the bread cubes. Mix everything into a compact dough.
- For the sauce, cut the roasted peppers into cubes. Chop the onion and fry briefly with the roasted peppers. Add the cream. Add a little water as needed. Stir in the ajvar and season with salt and pepper.
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Shape the dumplings and soak them in the water. Let them simmer for about 15 minutes. Spread the paprika sauce on plates and serve with the dumplings. Put some Parmesan on the dumplings and serve. A leaf salad tastes good with it.
