  1. Slowly melt the chocolate together with the butter in a saucepan over moderate heat, do not bring to the boil and stir constantly. Each ingredient, please, slowly and individually, that’s important 🙂 Then put it in a springform pan well greased with butter and bake at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes (make a stick test).
