Brownie and White

Brownie
- 175 g Butter
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 125 g Cane sugar
- 4 Egg yolk
- 3 Protein
- 85 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Topping
- 180 g Cream cheese
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Protein
- 50 g Sugar

- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C top / bottom heat. Grease and prepare a baking sheet with a high rim.

- Put the chocolate / butter mixture in a bowl and add the sugar. Mix with the mixer until the sugar has dissolved.
