White and Green Brownie
The perfect white and green brownie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 200 g Whole peeled almonds
- 200 g Sugar
- 200 g Butter
- 300 g Chocolate white
- 2 Msp Baking powder
- 400 g Cook matcha
- 400 ml Vodka
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- The evening before, mix the vodka with 150 g matcha and 100 g sugar.
- Put 2,200 g chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave.
- Hex the almonds into small pieces. Beat the remaining sugar with the eggs until frothy. Add the baking powder to the almonds. Mix everything together.
- Heat the oven to 60 degrees. Divide the dough into 2 portions and enrich one half with matcha. Put the green mixture in the baking dish and spread the base with it. Add the rest of the batter. Put everything in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. The dough still has to wobble slightly when it comes out of the oven.
- In the meantime, melt the rest of the chocolate with a tablespoon of coconut fat each time. Color one half with matcha.
- Divide the vodka on the plates. Cut the sufficiently cooled brownie into pieces and place on the vodka mirror. Put the chocolate in strips on the plate.
