Apple and Pear Pancake Out of Oven

The perfect apple and pear pancake out of oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 50 g Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 pck Custard powder or boil
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Pears
  • 15 Raisins
  • Rum
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Cinnamon / sugar
  • Sifted powdered sugar
  1. Heat the butter in a pan, sauté the peeled and cut fruit in it, season with rum, raisins, cinnamon and sugar, sauté for another 10 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients into a pancake batter, put the fruit in a pie mold or similar and pour the liquid batter on top. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees, powdered sugar on top, done! Vanilla sauce is also great with it!
