Puff Pastry – Pears
The perfect puff pastry – pears recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pear halves (canned food)
- 2 Discs Puff pastry à 75g
- 4 Teaspoon (level) Cranberries from the glass
- Powdered sugar
- Lemon balm fresh
- Drain the pears well. Let the puff pastry thaw and cut in half.
- Place cranberries on each puff pastry half. Cut the pears in a fan shape. Place on top of the cranberries. Leave an approx. 1 cm wide strip around the pear, cut off the rest of the puff pastry in a pear shape.
- Place the puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool down a bit.
- Place on a plate, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with lemon balm.
- P.S. … you could of course cook the pears yourself … you could also prepare the puff pastry yourself … you could coat the pears with hot jam after baking … but you could also go to the baker’s in the heat Go trust and buy something sweet with your coffee … 😉
