Green Sauce

  • 100 g Rice cream
  • 0,5 packet Frankfurt Green Sauce Herbs
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Pickles
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar

Old carrot salad

  • 1 Ur carrots
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar

Vinegar carrot

  • 1 Finger carrots
  • 150 ml White wine vinegar
  • 70 ml Water
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 5 Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Onions
  • 1 Juniper berry

sauerkraut salad

  • 100 g Sauerkraut
  • 30 ml White wine vinegar
  • 30 ml Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar

Lentil cakes

  • 50 g Mountain lenses
  • 50 g Flour
  • 70 ml Oat milk
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Red onion with apple

  • 1 Apple slice
  • 1 tbsp Vegan butter
  • 0,25 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Onion red
  • 100 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic

Green Sauce

  1. Cut the pickle into small cubes. Then pluck the Frankfurt herbs, wash, dry and cut finely. Then mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Old carrot salad

  1. Cut the original carrot into fine strips and mix the remaining ingredients together.

Vinegar carrot

  1. Cut the carrot diagonally into three parts and chop the onion into large cubes. Then bring the ingredients to a boil and simmer gently until the carrot is firm to the bite. Take the pot off the stove and let it cool down.

sauerkraut salad

  1. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste again before serving (wash off the sauerkraut at the beginning if necessary to reduce the acidity).

Lentil cakes

  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake small cakes in a pan without fat.

Red onion with apple

  1. Melt the sugar in a small pan until golden. Then add the apple and butter, toss and season with thyme, salt and pepper.
  2. Steam the onion cubes in a little oil until translucent. Season with sugar, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and add the vinegar. Simmer until the liquid has boiled away.
