Naan Burger with Curry Chicken
The perfect naan burger with curry chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Curry Chicken
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Purple curry
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill

- Jalapeno slices
- Tomato slices
- Pickled cucumber slices
- 100 g Feta, diced
- 2 Spring onions, cut into thin rings
Curry Chicken
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add the curry and grate the garlic with a fine grater. Now add the oil and honey and work in well with your hands and let it steep in the refrigerator, covered.

- Heat a pan and then sear the curry chicken. Meanwhile, heat the naan bread a little. Then put a naan bread on a plate, brush with a little garlic dip and top with jalapeno and pickled cucumber slices, then put some of the curry chicken on top. Place the second naan bread on top and brush with a little garlic dip.
- Then put a few tomato slices on top and around them, then sprinkle with the fat cubes and the spring onions and finally sprinkle some cress over them.
