Sweet Egg

The perfect sweet egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Cream 10% fat
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Beat the eggs with the cream to a uniform mass. (Instead of the cream, you can also use soy cooking cream) Stir in the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a preheated pan, add some of the egg mixture so that it takes on the shape of a pancake and place on medium heat. Then carefully roll up the egg pancakes in the pan, add another part of the egg mixture and repeat the process until the egg mixture runs out.
  3. Cut the rolled egg 2-3 cm wide on a board and enjoy with a little wholemeal toast and quark.
