Sugar Cookies

The perfect sugar cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  1. Knead all ingredients into a dough. (I use the vanilla sugar from my cookbook :))
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Cover a tray with baking paper. Prepare a plate with sugar.
  3. Shape the dough into balls, press into the sugar from one side and place on the baking sheet. Finally, press all the balls flat with a fork. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes.
