- 230 g Food starch
- 50 g Flour
- 90 g Powdered sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
- 125 g Margarine
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Put the cornstarch, flour, powdered sugar (90g), baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix. Add margarine and egg and knead everything into a dough, but do not knead for too long.
- Divide the dough and then shape it into rolls with a diameter of approx. 5-3cm. Cut a total of 20 pieces from it. Then shape these into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Slightly press in each ball in the middle.
- Use a sieve to sprinkle powdered sugar over the balls.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
