Yeast Cookies with Granulated Sugar

- 500 g Flour
- 1 dice Yeast
- 350 g Butter
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 1 Egg for brushing
- Hail sugar to sprinkle on
- Knead a smooth dough from the flour, yeast, butter and sour cream. Cut out the biscuits, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with the egg and sprinkle with sugar. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the trays one after the other for 20 minutes on top and bottom heat. Let cool down and enjoy
