Zucchini Patties
The perfect zucchini patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 medium sized Zucchini green
- 1 medium sized Fresh shallot
- 30 g Flour
- 1 Knife point Baking powder
- 30 g Finely grated mountain cheese
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley
- 1 Knife point Freshly grated nutmeg
- 25 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Place the grated zucchini and shallot in a kitchen towel, twist the towel as tightly as possible to squeeze out the juice.
- Knead the zucchini, shallot, flour, baking powder, cheese, parsley, nutmeg, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper into a firm mixture that sticks together.
- Bring the oil to the boil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan by tablespoon and fry for 2-3 minutes until the patties are brown. Dry well on kitchen paper and serve hot. Zaziki tastes very good with this .
